Privacy policy

1. Who this covers

This policy applies to hashverto.com and describes how Hashverto Private Limited(“Hashverto,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this site. It doesn’t cover data handling inside client projects we build or run, which is governed by the terms of that specific engagement.

2. Information you provide directly

When you submit the contact form — on the main /contact page or the /digital-marketing/contactpage — we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Company name and project type, if provided
• The message content itself

This is sent via Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to route the inquiry to our team. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and don’t sell or share it with unrelated third parties.

If you message us using the scripted WhatsApp chat widget (the guided, button-driven chat available across the site) or the WhatsApp chat button that opens a conversation directly in WhatsApp, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy, not this one.

3. Information collected automatically

Submitting the contact form also sends your IP address to our server, used only to rate-limit submissions and prevent spam. It’s held briefly in memory and isn’t logged or stored afterward.

This site uses Google’s advertising tag (Google Ads / gtag.js) to measure how visitors reach the site and understand which campaigns are effective. This may set cookies and share data with Google under Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings, or block these scripts with a browser extension or your browser’s tracking-protection settings.

If you use the AI assistant chat widget (available across the site), your messages are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a response, subject to Google’s Gemini API terms. If you share your name, email, or project details in that chat, or through either WhatsApp-based contact option on this site, that information is sent via Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API to notify us of your inquiry, subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business data processing terms.

4. How we use information

• Responding to project inquiries and scoping conversations
• Generating responses in the AI assistant chat widget
• Understanding overall site traffic and campaign performance in aggregate
• Preventing abuse of the contact form (rate limiting, spam filtering)

We don’t use anything collected here to build a marketing list or send unsolicited email.

5. Data retention

Contact form and chat submissions live in our WhatsApp inbox for as long as we need them for the business relationship, and are deleted on request. Rate-limiting data is transient and not retained. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s standard retention settings for the property.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@hashverto.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we’ll update this page. The date below reflects the last revision.
